All breastfeeding and expectant mothers interested in breastfeeding are welcome to attend meetings, and call our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Children of all ages are always welcome at our meetings.

Meeting Information

When We Meet:

LLL of Garland meets the second Thursday of each month. Please arrive by 9:45 AM. so we can begin our Topic at 10:00 AM. We typically end by around 11:45 AM

Toddler meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month from 10:00 AM to Noon

Our discussions are an open forum, guided by an accredited LLL Leader, and are designed to meet the needs of the attendees.

Enrichment Meetings

Enrichment Meetings have a variety of subjects. They are held on the fourth Thursday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Locations change monthly. These meetings are open to La Leche League Group Members for discussion of different enrichment topics. For dates & locations, call Group Leaders.

Leader Information

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.

La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.

Our volunteer services are free and membership is not a requirement. However, if you attend on a regular basis and/or would like to support LLL and breastfeeding in your community we have annual memberships for $25 and $40. Memberships are fully tax deductible.
