All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Babies are always welcome at our meetings.

Meeting Information

When We Meet:

Monthly meetings are held the first Thursday of the month at 6:30 PM

Enrichment meetings are held the third Thursday of every month at 6:30 PM

Lovett Ledger Conference Room 3 (through main entrance, pass receptionist desk, first door on the right after the ladies' restroom) at Metroplex Hospital, Killeen, TX 76549

Meeting Information:

La Leche League offers mother-to-mother breastfeeding support. LLL of Killeen meets the first Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm in the Lovett Ledger conference room of Metroplex hospital. Topics include advantages of breastfeeding, childbirth and bringing baby home, the art of breastfeeding and avoiding difficulties, and nutrition and weaning. Babies and older siblings are welcome. Also, join our facebook page to stay up-to-date with current research, future meetings, and our play group dates. Leader Information

La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.

La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.

Our volunteer services are free and membership is not a requirement. However, if you attend on a regular basis and/or would like to support LLL and breastfeeding in your community we have annual memberships for $25 and $40. Memberships are fully tax deductible.
